Please join PAVE Friday May 14th for our annual event, SWEET THANKS! This year, due to Covid-19, Sweet Thanks will be a combination virtual and drive-thru event. Everyone in the community is welcome and encouraged to participate. Sweet Thanks is an important fundraising event to support PAVE, Dodge County’s only domestic violence and sexual assault emergency shelter and multi-service provider. Funds raised will be used for programming, staffing and other operational expenses.
You can participate in Sweet Thanks in a variety of ways: purchase tickets for a drive-thru take home meal, purchase a dessert package, purchase a Mystery Bundle to “Support Local to Serve Local”, or bid in our online auction.
Tickets for a mouthwatering meal (barbeque beef sandwich, two sides, and dessert) are only $20 each and are available to purchase online at https://ticketstripe.com/events/1025158 and in person at Rechek’s Food Pride and Beaver Dam Piggly Wiggly. In addition to meal tickets, you will also have the option to add a Sweet Treat Package to further satisfy your sweet tooth. Food will be prepackaged for your convenience. The drive thru pick up will be held at 111 E. Burnett Street in Beaver Dam (the future home of PAVE) on May 14 from 3:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
We are selling a limited number of our “Support Local to Serve Local” Mystery Bundles which can also be purchased at https://ticketstripe.com/events/1025158 Bundles range in price from $25 – $50 and contain items and/or gift cards with a value equal to, or greater than, the purchase price. All of the contents of the “Support Local to Serve Local” bundles are from local businesses and restaurants that have generously supported PAVE for many years through financial giving, in-kind donations, event and donation collection hosting, and so many other ways. Our success has been a community effort and we truly appreciate the support we have received and encourage you to support these businesses, as well.
Our silent auction will be held on https://www.32auctions.com/sweetthanks2021 and will feature a variety of fabulous donated items. Bidding will be open May 10 – May 15. Auction items will be showcased on PAVE’s website (www.pavedc.org) and Facebook page (www.facebook.com/PAVEdc/). We suggest you check our website and Facebook page frequently for updates. Winning bidders will be able to safely pick up items on Sunday May 16 at 111 E. Burnett Street between 11am-1pm. Please bid high and bid often!!
